In Rhythms of Unknown, I weave elements of nature, light and dark with a sense of cosmic mystery…nothing like starting our morning on a light note!
I used the image of mushroom stalks with their ‘ridges and bridges’ for complexity and interconnection in nature—the tension between shadow and light hints at a balance between good and evil.
I mention a ‘spirit world howling’ from a cave, to imply hidden depths and the unknown aspects of existence. ‘Nature devours its host,’ emphasises the cycle of life and death. Nature ultimately consumes everything. The image of ‘Labyrinth spirals within cosmic swirls’ hints at the intricate, puzzling nature of existence and the mystery of reality.
Mushroom stalks with ridges and bridges. Tension between shadow and light. A palette of darkness, happy days slip away. The spirit world howls from a cave deep within the ridges of life. Moonbeams strike a balance, mind spinning between earth and sky. Molten rock vibrates to seashores. Weeds and reeds dance Chinese whispers. Nature devours its host. What is this, one may ask? Labyrinth spirals within Cosmic swirls.

Writing that is mesmerizing... An enchanted space that we inhabit in all its complexity
Great images Regina. Well done!
